Serving Suggestion / Cadangan Hidangan:
- Mix 100g marinade with 300g chicken and marinate min. 4 hours (refrigerated). / Campurkan 100g pes perapan dengan 300g ayam dan perap min. 4 jam (dalam peti sejuk).
- Deep fry at 175–190°C for 15–20 min until golden and crispy. / Goreng dalam minyak 175–190°C selama 15–20 minit hingga keemasan dan rangup.
- Fry remaining paste to form crispy spice crumbs and sprinkle before serving. / Goreng baki pes hingga menjadi serpihan rempah rangup dan taburkan sebelum hidang.
Storage Suggestion / Cara Penyimpanan:
Keep frozen at –18°C or below at all times. Consume within 3 days once opened. / Simpan beku pada –18°C atau lebih rendah sepanjang masa. Habiskan dalam masa 3 hari selepas dibuka.
