1. Mix 100g Soto Paste with 600ml water, stir well and bring to a simmer. Add 500g chicken (optional). / Campurkan 100g Pes Soto dengan 600ml air, kacau rata dan didihkan perlahan. Masukkan 500g ayam (pilihan).
2. Pour the hot broth over blanched vermicelli, bean sprouts, and shredded chicken. / Tuangkan sup panas ke atas bihun, taugeh dan ayam rebus yang telah disiat.
3. Garnish with spring onion or fried shallots (optional) and serve hot. / Hiaskan dengan daun bawang atau bawang goreng (pilihan) dan hidangkan panas.
